One thing I have seen many small businesses struggle with, is having a website that they can edit and use easily without the need to pay a high price for a website designer to manage it for them. Now don't get me wrong the ideal is a fancy website fully coded and bespoke but this is super costly!

Hannah Roper launched The Female Creative in 2020 to coach, mentor and teach busy women how to turn their ideas into action and grow a business doing something they love. Since then, The Female Creative has grown to offer 121 services, a monthly group membership, a podcast, The Female Creative Talks, and networking events. Hannah’s experience has led her to focus on four business foundations; Messaging, Strategy, Systems and Mindset, to support female owned businesses to release their creativity, grow their audience and increase their income all whilst fitting business around a busy and demanding lifestyle.
Hannah has 20 years plus experience as a teacher and learning expert plus eight years of marketing and branding experience, obtained through creating her country music alter ego, Lily Garland, and as Creative Director of her 3-day country music festival, Country on The Coast. She also has experience in network marketing for a health and wellness brand, as well as corporate experience in leadership, development and coaching from various roles, developing people and leading them towards success is in her blood! More recently Hannah joined Pamodzi Creatives Board for the Inspirational Women of Portsmouth Project, contributing to the organisation and growth of the Awards Ceremony celebrating the inspirational stories of women in Portsmouth.
With a varied career history including time as a police officer, it has not always been an easy ride for Hannah, as a survivor of domestic abuse there was a time where confidence and self-esteem were not the norm, Hannah spent many years rediscovering herself and growing in confidence and self-belief. This was when she discovered her love for entrepreneurship and dedicated time to developing skills in business, branding, marketing and web design.
Named in Yahoo Finance as one of their Top Ten Business Start up Coaches in 2021, Hannah has recently been chosen to receive an accolade for Top Female Business Coach Worldwide (2022) by Coach Foundation and was the recipient of a Pamodzi Inspirational Women Award 2022 in the Established Business Category. Hannah is also a finalist for the Women’s Business Awards for Business Women of the Year and is excited to be appearing as an expert pod host at the Women’s Business Conference in October 2022.

Website Design & Consultation
The Female Creative Website Design and Consultation Service builds a strategic plan to define the purpose and design of your new website. We will work together to identify the key features of the website, the aesthetic design and the basic SEO features plus the ongoing maintenance costs to meet your needs.
Brand Strategy Workshop
We will workshop your brand and what you want from your new website. Together we will define the content needed and actions to move the project forward
Initial Design
Whilst you work on the content such as introductions, biography, services, blogs, media etc I will create an initial layout and design using your brand colours and preferences from the workshop. I will also summarise your options for hosting the site
Content Design
Once you have approved the layout and design I will start to add the content for you to review.
Final Sign Off
Once you are happy with the design and content of the website, I will transfer ownership and run a final workshop to hand over the site and show you how to maintain and edit.
