Terms and Conditions for Clarity to Growth Sessions
1. Session Booking and Scheduling
1.1 Each session is a 60-minute Zoom meeting.
1.2 Follow-up notes and actions will be provided within 48 hours of session completion.
1.3 Single sessions can be scheduled and paid for online.
1.4 Block-booked sessions will be scheduled directly with Hannah.
1.5 Block-booked sessions must be taken within 6 months of purchase and paid in full.
1.6 Any unused sessions following the 6-month period will be forfeited, except in cases where a special agreement is made due to extraneous circumstances.
1.7 Block-booked sessions must be scheduled at least 7 days apart to ensure effective implementation of strategies and actions discussed during coaching unless you agree to a VIP-style half day with Hannah.
1.8 A maximum of 4 coaching sessions can be scheduled within one calendar month to maintain optimal progress and learning.
1.9 If Hannah needs to reschedule a session, she will provide at least 48 hours' notice and offer an alternative date unless in the case of illness when Hannah will provide as much notice as possible.
2. Client Responsibilities
2.1 Clients are responsible for attending scheduled sessions on time and being prepared with specific goals and topics to address.
2.2 Clients are expected to actively participate in sessions and implement the strategies and actions discussed.
2.3 It is the client's responsibility to notify Hannah of any changes in contact information or scheduling needs.
3. Ongoing Support
3.1 Clients will receive support between coaching sessions depending on the package booked to stay motivated and focused on their business activities.
3.2 Single sessions include 14 days of follow-up support, while block-booked sessions include ongoing support between sessions including 4 weeks post the last session at the end of the booking period.
4. Resource Library
4.1 A private Google Drive will be provided for clients to securely share and manage their business documents.
4.2 Supplementary resources will be added as and when Hannah deems appropriate.
4.3 Any digital products sold by The Female Creative are not included in the resources available as part of these sessions.
4.4 Session notes and resources will be available for a maximum of 12 months following the last session booked.
5. Pricing and Payment Plans
5.1 Payment plans are not available for block bookings.
5.2 If you prefer a monthly payment option, consider booking single sessions as needed.
5.3 Single sessions can be scheduled and paid for online.
5.4 Block-booked sessions require payment upfront
5.5 Block-booked sessions will be scheduled with Hannah directly.
6. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
6.1 If you need to reschedule a session, please provide at least 48 hours' notice.
6.2 Failure to do so may result in the session being forfeited unless in the case extenuating circumstances which will be at the discretion of Hannah.
6.3 If Hannah needs to reschedule a session, she will provide at least 48 hours' notice and offer an alternative date unless illness has occurred and Hannah will then provide as much notice as possible.
7. Confidentiality
7.1 All information shared during sessions about the client and their business details will be treated with confidentiality.
7.2 We will not disclose any personal or business-related details to third parties without your explicit consent.
7.3 Hannah may use success stories, inspirational narrative and insights into sessions via her content (including social media, blogs, emails, website content and any other platforms associated with The Female Creative and subsequent services under this limited company) however all personal information identifying the client will be anonymised unless prior agreement to share identifiable details (for example, social media handles) is sought from the Client.
7.4 At times, the Service Provider may allocate an alias to the sharing of information to keep Client details private.
7.5 By giving feedback and testimonials to Hannah, the Client does so with the expectation they are shared across various platforms to support the promotion of The Female Creative.
7.6 This content will not be anonymised.
7.6 If the Client is opposed to this, then it is their responsibility to notify the Service Provider via email as soon as possible.
8. Commitment to Growth
8.1 To make the most of the sessions, we ask that you, the Client, comes prepared to each session with specific goals and topics you wish to address. We are committed to your growth and progress, and your active participation is essential for success.
9. Responsibility
9.1 While our coaching sessions are designed to provide guidance and support, ultimately, it is your responsibility, as the Client, to implement the strategies and action plans discussed during the sessions. We are not liable for the outcomes or results of your business decisions.
10. Scope of Coaching
10.1 Please note that coaching is not a substitute for professional therapy or counselling.
10.2 Our services are focused on business growth and development. If you require assistance with personal or mental health issues, we recommend seeking appropriate professional help.
11. Communication
11.1 For any questions, concerns, or changes to your sessions, please contact us via the provided communication channels.
11.2 We aim to respond to all inquiries promptly and address any issues to ensure your satisfaction with our services.
12. Service Location
12.1 The Service to be provided under this Agreement shall be performed remotely via Zoom at the time and date agreed.
13. Expenses and Tools Required to Complete the Work
13.1 If Hannah incurs expenses as a result of completing work for the Client, those expenses will be payable by the Client. Examples of such expenses might be travel to a meeting or event with, or on behalf of, the Client.
13.2 If Hannah requires specific tools or services to complete the work requested by the Client, for example, a social media scheduling tool, stock photo library membership, a new domain name, a website subscription, etc The costs will be paid by the Client.
13.3 It is preferable that the Client makes any purchases themselves and passes the relevant login details to the Service Provider. However, if this is not possible, the Service Provider will make the purchase and submit an invoice for the same amount to the Client.
13.4 Any such expenses/tools/services will be agreed upon between the Parties before the expense is incurred.
13.4 Any expenses incurred will be billed to the Client in a separate invoice at the end of the calendar month and will be payable within 7 days of the date of the invoice. Payment details will be included in the invoice.
14. Work Product Ownership
14.1 Any works copyrighted, ideas, discoveries, inventions, patents, or products, (collectively, the “Work Product”) developed in whole or in part by Hannah in connection with the Services provided shall be the exclusive property of theThe Female Creative Ltd.
15. Non-Disclosure and Non-Solicitation
15.1 Hannah shall not directly or indirectly disclose to any person other than the Client at any time either during the term of this Agreement or following the termination or expiration thereof, any confidential or proprietary information pertaining to the Client, including but not limited to customer lists, contacts, financial data, sales data, supply sources, business opportunities for new or developing business, plans and models, or trade secrets.
15.2 Furthermore, Hannah agrees that during the term of this Agreement, and for 6 months following the termination of this Agreement, the Service Provider shall not directly or indirectly solicit or attempt to solicit any customers or suppliers of the Client other than on behalf of the Client themselves.
16. Force Majeure
16.1 Neither party shall be liable for any delays or failure to perform any obligations under this Agreement due to causes beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, strikes, or other labour disputes, riots, civil disturbances, government regulations, communication or utility failures, or casualties.
17. Termination Clause
17.1 If, for any reason, you wish to terminate your block-booking of sessions before the agreed-upon duration, please provide written notice.
17.2 Refunds for unused sessions will not be provided.
18. Modifications
18.1 These Terms and Conditions are subject to change at any time, and any updates will be communicated to you in writing.
18.2 It is your responsibility to review and accept the updated Terms and Conditions if you continue with our coaching services.

Terms and Conditions: Monthly 121 Coaching Session Clients
1. Scheduling of Sessions:
1. 1. You are entitled to a 60-minute session each month, meticulously tailored to address your unique business needs and goals.
Sessions will be scheduled for approximately the same time and day each month, whenever possible, to ensure convenience and consistency.
1.2. If you wish to reschedule a session, a minimum of 48 hours' notice is required. Rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice is at our discretion, and sessions cancelled with less than 12 hours' notice will be forfeited for that month, unless there are extenuating circumstances.
1.3. Hannah may occasionally need to reschedule a session. In such cases, we will provide 48 hours' notice. If The Female Creative cancels with less than 24 hours' notice, we will do our best to accommodate your preferences for a new session time.
2. Ongoing Support:
2.1. Voice and text support between sessions is included.
2.2. Hannah will endeavour to reply within 24hrs on a week day and the following working day if a weekend.
2.3. A private Google Drive will be provided for clients to securely share and manage their business documents.
2.4. Hannah will deem what is a suitable level of contact for clients however a rule of thumb is support of approx 2 hrs a month outside of the contact time.
3. Resource Library
3.1 A private Google Drive will be provided for clients to securely share and manage their business documents.
3.2 Supplementary resources will be added as and when Hannah deems appropriate.

4. Materials:
4.1. All materials shared during coaching sessions are copyrighted and for your personal use only.
4.2. You are not permitted to reproduce, distribute, or share workshop materials without prior written consent.
5. Liability:
5.1 While we take necessary precautions to ensure a productive and valuable coaching experience, The Female Creative and its representatives are not liable for any outcomes, results, or damages that may occur as a result of implementing strategies discussed during the sessions.
6. Confidentiality:
6.1 During coaching sessions, you may have access to confidential information shared by The Female Creative. We expect you to respect the privacy of any proprietary materials and strategies shared during the sessions.
7. Termination Clause:
7.1 If, for any reason, you wish to terminate your coaching package, please provide written notice giving a minimum of 1 calendar month's notice. Refunds for unused sessions will not be provided.

Terms and Conditions: The Female Creative Brunch: Network, Nourish, and Nurture
1. Brunch Registration:
1.1. To secure your spot at The Female Creative Networking Brunch, full payment is required in advance.
1.2. Availability is limited and confirmed upon payment receipt.
2. Brunch Details:
2.1. The event includes a delightful curated brunch experience with engaging conversations and connections.
2.2. Please be prepared to attend the entire event, from start to finish.
3. Cancellation and Refunds:
3.1. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
3.2. In the event that you are unable to attend, please inform us as early as possible.
3.3. Provisions may change due to unforeseen circumstances.
4. Special Requirements:
4.1. If you have any dietary restrictions or special requirements, please notify us upon registration.
4.2. We'll strive to accommodate your needs.
4.3. Please be aware that there is always a risk of cross contamination in the kitchens of the venues we use, purchase of a ticket confirms you are taking this risk as your responsibility and not the responsibility of The Female Creative.
5. Photography and Media:
5.1. By attending the event, you consent to be photographed or filmed for promotional purposes.
5.2. If you have any concerns, please inform us in advance.

Membership Terms and Conditions - The Female Creative Hub
1. Community and Support:
1.1. The Female Creative Hub is designed to foster a supportive and collaborative environment.
1.2. It is not a formal coaching program.
1.3.The focus is on building connections, sharing experiences, and providing mutual encouragement.
2. Participation and Engagement:
2.1. Your experience in the hub depends on your active participation.
2.2. While we aim to provide valuable content, remember that you get out what you put in.
2.3. Engaging in discussions, sharing insights, and celebrating wins are encouraged.
3. Content Commitment:
3.1. We commit to delivering Monday motivational posts, Sunday celebrations of wins, and top tips to support your journey. These posts are designed to inspire, uplift, and provide valuable insights.
4. Q&A Opportunities:
4.1. Regular Q&A sessions will be held in the group.
4.2. Hannah will address your questions either through text responses or pre-recorded videos.
4.3. These sessions are meant to provide guidance on common topics and challenges.
5. No 1:1 Coaching:
5.1. The Female Creative Hub is not a space for personal 1:1 coaching with Hannah.
5.2. If you seek personalised guidance, we offer separate coaching services outside of the hub.
6. Access to Female Creative Clinics:
6.1. Membership grants access to The Female Creative Clinics.
6.2.These clinics are available on a pay-as-you-go basis at £25 per session.
6.3.They offer an opportunity to bring your questions and hurdles for discussion and advice from Hannah.
7. Clinic Booking:
7.1. Clinic sessions can be booked up until the scheduled time if spots are available.
7.2. Each clinic accommodates a maximum of 10 participants to ensure a focused and supportive atmosphere.
8. Monthly 1:1 Clients:
8.1. If you are a Monthly 1:1 Coaching client, you have complimentary access to clinic calls.
8.2. However, availability for 1:1 clients depends on the space available after general bookings.
9. Clinic Format:
9.1.The clinics are not full coaching sessions but provide a workshop-style environment for advice and support.
9.2 The Clinics will have a theme and will consist of guidance and information transfer and a chance to ask questions.
10. Changes and Updates:
10.1. The Female Creative Hub reserves the right to modify the hub's offerings, terms, and conditions.
10.2. Any updates will be communicated to members in advance.
